Smooth Transition's Community Empowerment Program's provide exciting FUNdraising solutions across the US. We partner with various government agencies, schools, businesses and volunteers to bring a unique approach to raising funds to overcome budget constraints for families and local schools in addition to partnering with local charitable organizations, conducting food drives and providing meaningful assistance to families in need.
